Light is more

The concept of less is more is based on our values as surfers and travelers. Especially preparing a surf trip the equation is always the same:

less weight = more boards loaded

That’s why inspired by the philosophy of German architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, we set a standard to reach the perfect compromise between boards protection and weight.

If you fly economy your load limit will be 20/23 kgs, that means that if your bag is less than 4 kg you can easily carry up to 4 boards plus some stuff.

This consideration was the beginning of our 7.0 coffin design process, we did a deep research into materials and development construction to reach our goal.

Thanks to a closed cell foam our 7.0 coffin weight is 3.5 kg, one of the lightest (maybe the lightest) in this category, not so bad if you think that it has 22 mm of foam protection!

We are so happy about it but above all now we are always related at weighting time on desk.
