We guarantee all our products for 10 years.

We are aware that travel stuff has a lot of stress and shock during its entire lifetime, but we strongly believe in our materials that we are proud to guarantee all our products for 10 years.

MIGRA SURF products are rigorously tested to ensure that they meet stringent standards.
If a problem occurs with a product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, we will, in our discretion, either fix or replace.

If you have any question about maintenance please write us and we will back to you asap.

We do not cover damages caused by accident or misuse of the product, but we will do our best to solve it. If any problem arises, please contact us and we will try to fix it at the reasonable fee. Shipping cost should be charged by the customer.

You can return any purchased from MIGRA SURF, both new and on sale items.

We strive to get your item back to brand new condition using similar fabric and hardware. In cases where we do not have the original materials available, integrity is our top priority.
The fabric wearer's color for the repair may not match exactly, but we will do our best to find the closest match possible.

Our repair team is committed to making your equipment look and function as good as new for many years to come. We appreciate your patience while your item is with us.

If we determine that the item is irreparable, it will be returned to you unrepaired or we will recycle it.
If you prefer to have your unrepaired item returned, you must indicate this when shipping it to us

We are happy to evaluate any MIGRA SURF items that need to be repaired to see if it is something we can repair.

Please make sure your item is clean before bringing it to a store employee or ship it to us, otherwise the item will be returned to you for washing.

Small holes or tears can be fixed permanently with patches,
DIY can be a quick and alternative option, if all else fails, in case we can always send the repair kit in the mail.
